• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
• Minimum stay is 3 nights
• Maximum of 4 vehicles may be parked overnight
• Events allowed, including birthdays, weddings, and family gatherings
• Maximum of 2 dogs with prior approval
• Children are welcome
• Smoking is allowed outdoors only
